Overview

Welcome to Accurate Certified OEM, a division of Accurate Converter. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. Products & Fitment

Accurate Certified OEM sells remanufactured catalytic converters and related components that comply with EPA remanufacturing standards. Each unit is tested and serialized for traceability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm proper vehicle fitment before purchase. Fitment information provided on our website is based on OEM part numbers, VIN data, and verified applications. However, we recommend verifying through a professional installer or by contacting oem@accurateconverter.com before ordering.

Accurate Certified OEM is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by vehicle modifications, emission package differences, or regional variations.

2. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability, or compliance restrictions.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Please review all information carefully before checkout.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

Any applicable taxes or shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes for international shipments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Accurate Certified OEM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen weather events.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages after shipment.

5. Returns & Core Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy and a core return program for eligible products. Please refer to our Return & Core Policy for detailed instructions.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Warranty

Accurate Certified OEM remanufactured converters are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, vehicle issues (such as rich fuel mixtures, misfires, or oil contamination), or external impact.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase, photos of the installed part, and the serial number etched on the converter. Claims can be submitted to oem@accurateconverter.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Accurate Certified OEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or installation. Liability is limited to the replacement cost of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
