Returns & Core Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible remanufactured products. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, contact oem@accurateconverter.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Packages sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Returned items must:

Be in the same condition received — unused, uninstalled, unmodified.

Include all labels, packaging, and hardware.

Show no signs of installation (weld marks, exhaust residue, sealant, etc.).
Products that have been installed or altered cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
Core Returns
Many remanufactured converters include a core charge. This deposit is refunded once the original converter (the “core”) is received and passes inspection.
Core Guidelines:

Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Must match the same OEM part number as purchased.

Housing must be complete and undamaged — no broken flanges, holes, or melted substrate.

The converter must be the original OEM unit, not an aftermarket or hollowed shell.
Once inspected, the core refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If a core fails inspection, we’ll notify you — you may request its return (shipping costs apply) or allow Accurate Certified OEM to recycle it with no credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your shipment immediately. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email oem@accurateconverter.com within 7 days with clear photos of the box, packing materials, and product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return or core is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or card issuer.
If 15 business days have passed since your approval email and the refund hasn’t posted, contact us at oem@accurateconverter.com.
