Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

For wholesale or freight orders, we may use additional carriers or arrange palletized shipments. Please contact oem@accurateconverter.com for custom shipping quotes.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact oem@accurateconverter.com.


Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Orders are shipped from our Massachusetts distribution center. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and selected shipping method.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at oem@accurateconverter.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not discard the packaging, as carriers often require it for claims processing.

We will assist with carrier claims and ensure a replacement or refund is issued as quickly as possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If it remains missing after 48 hours, notify us at oem@accurateconverter.com and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.

Accurate Certified OEM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather disruptions, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issue.


Freight Shipments (Bulk Orders)

For high-volume or wholesale orders, converters may ship via freight carrier. Freight orders require a loading dock or forklift for delivery. If liftgate service is needed, please specify at checkout or contact us prior to shipping.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

We cannot reroute or modify orders once they have shipped. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
